Bryce Bradley (CEO/President) With a strong background in Capital Markets and Investment Banking, Ms. Bradley has facilitated the structuring and financing of dozens of private and publicly traded small and micro-cap companies. She founded and served as President of two Canadian merchant banks focused on capital raising and advisory services for mining exploration companies. Ms. Bradley co-founded and financed Thunderstruck Resources and has served as Director, President and CEO since securing its suite of Fijian assets and taking the company public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2013.

Mr. Michael, a Fijian national, has a diverse background in finance and management within the Pacific Islands. He serves as both CFO and Director for Thunderstruck Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company. His experience extends across various sectors, including resource companies, property development, international shipping, mobile communications, and municipal governance, providing him with a solid understanding of the region’s business environment and regulatory landscape.

Mr. Michael holds an Associate membership with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, enhancing his expertise in corporate governance. His familiarity with industry-specific accounting standards, especially for resource companies, further strengthens his role as a financial leader in the Pacific Islands.
